T i c k || T o c k

Time is an expensive currency.

Whether listening to the clock ticking alone or spending it on/ with others, we'll all experience a series of exchanges that can't be replicated, relived or retrieved. Once it's gone, it's gone. Time.

Like anything costly, you weigh up the pros and cons before making any decisions to proceed (spend time) or withhold, before parting with / depositing 'the goods'.

Over the last few months, so many of the conversations I've had with people have been about time management, productivity and effectiveness, and were a good cause to evaluate whether some of my own 'internal focuses' are really as productive, beneficial or necessary as I once deemed them to be.

Maaannnn, it's so easy to get wrapped up in things, thinking that they'll benefit your long-term vision,  but making time to evaluate these practices are a fab and crucial use of time.

Being busy is great, but if it's not actually being busy in the right ways, and for the right causes, there is really little to no point :)

Try taking some time out to reflect on your day-to-day (and in-between) lifestyle...

How do you use your time?
